Meet Our Furry Family

Ranger

  • Australian Shepherd
  • As the mother of the bride once said, Alexx got Ranger the same year she got Colin!
  • Diagnosed with PRA a few years ago, Ranger has slowly been losing his vision since he was a puppy, but he doesn't let that slow him down! He still loves to play fetch even if he can't see where the ball goes.
  • He is smart, excitable, and loving (especially to his momma)!
  • Get him too excited and he might temporarily deafen you with his booming bark!

Darla

  • Lab, Miniature Pinscher, Pittie mix
  • She spent most of her first year in the MacKenzie family home during the pandemic, right by Colins side.
  • Darla grew up on the jobsite, learning to dig holes, share and steal lunches, be in the way and not bark at every padestrian going by.
  • Fetch is fun, but hunting small critters and fervently digging holes anywhere possible is a blast!
  • She is very shy and wary around new people (especially men), but an absolute joy in life.

Spud

  • Golden Retriever
  • She is the oldest of the crew, mostly belonging to the brides parents.
  • Very sweet, super loving and a bit ditsy.
  • Watch out, this food thief will take a whole table out with no remorse! Some other things she's had a taste for include: a couch, a $20 bill, a Costco size bag of Hershey kisses, a computer mouse and a whole bag of candy!
  • Diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and currently undergoing treatments, Spud gets even more of her second favorite thing... PETS!!

We hope our four-legged family members stay on their best behavior so everyone can meet them on the big day! They are such a big part of our lives and we would love for everyone to get to know them too!

We can't wait to celebrate with you!
